Exchange Policy

At Autumn Dawn, we are committed to providing you with high-quality skin and hair care products that meet your needs. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items have been shipped. However, we want to ensure your satisfaction and offer the following exchange policy.

Eligibility for Exchange

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will happily offer an exchange under the following conditions:

1. Report the Issue: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Proof of Issue: Provide a clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product along with your order number.

3. Unused Condition: Products must be in unused, unopened condition to be eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at admin@autumndawnbeauty.com with your order number and photo evidence of the issue.

2. Exchange Process: Once your exchange is approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

3. Processaing Time: Exchanges are processed within 3 business days after approval. You will receive a tracking number once the replacement product is shipped.

Final Sale

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided.
